As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question without delay.

The content and works created by the operator on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation beyond the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. This also applies to the software offered: MXO Live Studio with its games arcade is not an open source and not a freely licensed offering. Third-party libraries used inside the software are subject to their own licence terms; the corresponding notices can be found on the respective product pages and inside the software itself.

Third-party trademarks are mentioned on this website and in the products. They are named solely to describe the services used or supported. There is no business relationship, partnership, cooperation or other affiliation with these companies unless expressly stated otherwise. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Note on the products offered

Three products are currently offered under the MXO brand. They differ in whether and how they are charged for:

• MXO Discord Bot – a Discord bot with a permanently free tier (Free) and a paid premium subscription at 2.99 € per month and per server, cancellable monthly. No VAT is shown in accordance with section 19 of the German VAT Act (§ 19 UStG). Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. Premium is activated by a server's administrators in the web dashboard for their own server; no purchase takes place on this website.
• MXO Live Studio – a paid application offered exclusively as a monthly subscription, cancellable monthly. There is no one-off purchase and no perpetual licence; use ends when the subscription ends. No VAT is shown in accordance with section 19 of the German VAT Act (§ 19 UStG). Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. The application runs on the provider's servers; every customer receives their own instance and operates it in a browser. There is no download and no installation on your own computer. The Data Processing Agreement governs the processing of viewer data. The subscription is taken out in the web dashboard; no purchase takes place on this website. Details are shown on the product page.
• Games arcade – part of MXO Live Studio, not an offering of its own. The games are included in the subscription and are not sold separately. Until the subscription starts, the only thing offered is a waiting list by e-mail.

The website itself is purely static: it sets no cookies, embeds no external resources, uses no analytics or tracking services and contains no contact form.

The products are developed as a private project and operated on a rented server. No specific availability is guaranteed. Details on the scope of services, conclusion of contract and cancellation are set out in the terms and conditions, details on data processing in the privacy policy.
